This design was created to entomb one of our main philosophies at JAM HQ, that is to be honest to yourself as much as you can and to get outdoors as much as you can. That doesn't matter if it is everyday, twice a day or just twice a week, do it as much as you can, take others with you and allow yourself to grow and be enlightened in the great outdoors.
